Joliet Central High School has a very astounding 2014 and 2015 poms team. From the junior varsity team and varsity team, every one of the dancers work to their best abilities to perform their hearts out for the boys’ basketball and football teams. For every one quarter per game of the boy’s football and basketball teams, both levels performs a dance routine composed by the coaches, Troc and Kieree. The girls always try to promote good leadership, friendliness, maturity, and most of all, having fun! All levels started practicing summer 2014 and their seasons will come to an end after the last boys’ basketball game in 2015. Seniors, Scarlette Magana, Alyssa Mikula, Amber Brummer, Lashonda Franklin, Isamar Chavez, Lexi Archer, and Kyla McDaniel, have given their all, helping and encouraging the younger girls to work hard and try their best during every performance. They will be truly missed, and their actions during the seasons have put an impact on the younger girls for the following season after all seven of them graduate in May 2015.
