With the super bowl less than a week away, it’s time to look back on the season of your favorite team and see how they can improve to be super bowl ready like the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots. Most people in the state of Illinois were born and raised a Chicago Bears fan, and it was plain to see they had a challenging season. By the end, their record stood at five wins and eleven losses. Just after the loss to the Minnesota Vikings on December 28th, the Chicago bears fired General Manager Phil Emery and Head Coach Marc Trestman. With high hopes for the 2015-2016 season, the Chicago Bears hired Ryan Pace as the new General Manager and recently they hired John Fox as the Head coach. Pace was the director of player personnel for two seasons with the New Orleans saints before getting hired as the GM here in Chicago. Pace went to college with Joliet Cerntral’s very own Mr. Martz and Mr. Howard at Eastern Illinois University. He spent fourteen seasons with New Orleans before getting hired here. The new head coach, John Fox was the head coach for the Carolina panthers for eight years and then the Denver broncos for four years. After this season, the Chicago bears were in need of change and change is what they got!
