On the tenth of
December a special group of choir students known the Madrigal performed for a
feasting crowd. The Madrigal is a choir group that performs Renaissance era
songs, monologues, and skits. During this performance they performed all three
for an audience that was served a four course Renaissance era meal provided by
Harris. The jester (Sara) leads the entire group in. The king then reaches his
seat and graciously welcomes everyone to the dinner. It the proceeds with
improvised jokes, stories by the cast, and skits that are improvised. Andrea
Meza and Alfred McGee (the Queen and King respectively) performed a duet
together, Katie Kelsey did a monologue. Shanette Martino, Katie Kelsey, Arcadia
Fleege, and Leeroy each did monologues either by themselves or together. The
main dinner was four courses consisting of Soup and Salad, an a Chicken Dinner
with Bread Pudding. There was also a special boars head served that had its own
song and dance performed, though the board itself was unfortunately unable to
perform. The entire meal and show ended with a montage of group songs. The
