The Chicago Blackhawks start off 2010 with an average season. There record is 11 wins and 10 losses, out of 23 games played. Plus they have 71 goals for and 67 goals against. Out of all the players the two players with the most points are Patrick Sharp and Patrick Kane, they will lead our team to victory. Patrick Sharp our left wing who was drafted in 2001 with 22 points, 10 assists, 12 goals, and he has a 12.4 shooting percentage. He is doing great especially with the points. Second player with the most points is Patrick Kane our right wing, who was recently drafted in 2007. With 22 points, 14 assists, 8 goals, and has a 11.3 shooting percentage. He has a lot of assist which will help us out a lot. Our goalie Marty Turco has a .906 save percentage. That’s really good and let’s hopes it helps us out, and he keeps blocking those goals! The Blackhawks are doing pretty good, they have their bad games but it looks like their coach supports them. “The good part is that we can score eight goals. That’s obviously something to be positive about. The ones we gave up, we probably could have done a lot better job defending. At the same time, we’ll take the win and move forward. Like I said, a win is a win and especially in this league against a good team like that.” -Coach Trent Yawney(former head coach of the Blackhawks). If the coach has this much support for them and the fans are shining their rings around then we should be proud of our Chicago Blackhawks. Go Blackhawks!
