Back to school! You know what that means, another year of incoming freshmen. The first week of school has to be most difficult for the incoming freshman. Going into a new school is tough. The freshmen have to find where all their classes are and their way around the school. Our school is pretty big so it is not surprising that people get lost. Another thing about walking into a school year the first week is the hall ways. Since everyone doesn’t know where their classes are exactly yet it’s kind of just cluttered and everyone is all confused on where they’re supposed to be. The first three maybe four days will be confusing for everyone but when everyone adjusts to their schedules, then halls won’t be so hectic. In my opinion the worst part of the hall ways being so crowded is having to walk in and out of the T&I building. Since school just started, everyone starts off with an A but if you don’t do an assignment, the grades drop drastically. So keep those grades up Steelmen! A thing to look forward this year is SIP days. Incoming freshman should be excited for SIP days the days we start school late. All grades are pretty excited about the sip day coming up next week. This year let’s try and make it good.
