In 1988, screenwriter George Donald Mancini created one of America’s iconic horror characters of all time, Chucky! Let’s see what he’s doing now after 33 years of his first appearance. Let’s get a recap, in 1988, serial killer Charles Lee Ray was chased into a toy store in Chicago. Before dying from a gunshot wound to his chest. Charles, who ironically liked to be called Chucky, chanted the Damballa to transfer his soul into a Good Guys doll. Now that we are all caught up let’s get into this!  Modern Day Hackensack, New Jersey Jake Wheeler buys the evil redhead at a yard sale. After taking him home, he realizes that the doll isn’t what it seems to be. He starts to google “Chucky Doll”  and finds the story of Andy Barclay from 1988. Soon, Chucky reveals himself to Jake and becomes a “protector” of sorts to the teen. Along Jake’s story, we met Lucas Wheeler, Logan Wheeler, Bree Wheeler, and their son Junior Wheeler Jr and many more. So far there aren’t many details on the series, but we can expect suspenseful sense and a lot of blood.
