Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Kasandra Palmerin

Many new lovely movies are coming this season, with Black Panther being one of them. The first black Panther originally aired in February 2018, with the second sequel coming out this November of 2022, under the name of Black Panther: Wakanda forever. The movie starts off strong, with T’challa, the king of Wakanda, suffering a horrible illness with his sister believes he could be healed using a plant that had been destroyed for some time. In the Atlantic Ocean, the Ciaand Seals utilize a vibranium(special ore)-detecting machine to locate a potential vibranium underwater. The attack was led by a group of blue water-breathing superhumans led by Namor, with the CIA believing Wakanda to be responsible. Shuri(T’challas younger sister) had gone underwater to meet Namor, with him offering an alliance, yet threatening that if they’d decline he’d shatter and attack across Wakanda. Shuri luckily escapes mostly unscathed, with Namor responding with a barrage of attacks on Wakanda. Namor claims in a week he would return with his full army, and make sure of Wakanda, the people had no choice but to leave their lands and go to the mountain of Jabari for their safety. Shuri ends up reconstructing that special heart-shaped herb and digesting it allowing her to have supernatural abilities like her elder brother T’challa. She constructed a new Black Panther suit and eventually, she got the rest of the Wakanda tribe’s approval for her to be the new black panther, despite a few difficulties.  As soon as this was determined, she had decided to instantly counterattack, and prepared for a very difficult battle to come ahead. Did you like the nutshell so far? If so and are curious to see what happens next, watch the movies in theaters with the best, back row tickets with popcorn and pop, and maybe even ice cream if you’re feeling bougie.
