The measurement of growth can oddly not be estimated, at least to precision it cannot. Yet for pure conveniences, it can be. Contradiction here is obvious, but it works. Like an oxymoron, the phrasing clicks. For instance, to measure length one can look at their tool box and choose to select a ruler for which multiple units of measurement are available. How do you measure growth? You cannot. To the minimum, there is no set universal way to calculate it. The manner of measurement is subjective, not objective. Whether one chooses to set goals, or resolutions of the person they aspire or mirror to be, the fashion of how, can only truly be determined by the individual themself. To settle on any specific habit or source of ‘measuring’ is a personal assessment of how you perceive achievements. The tool box is yours to decide which resources to utilize.  Aside from taking into account how much you have believed to have been able to accomplish; nonetheless growth is growth. Whether its quantity seems compact, enormous is the impact.
