On February 7^th, 2016, Super Bowl 50 took place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. It was a beautiful day to play football. The game averaged with 111.9 million television viewers tuned it to watch the game and tens of thousands of fans poured into the stadium to watch. The two teams competing for the Vince Lombardi trophy and to be named the Super Bowl 50 Champions were the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers. An outstanding game was played by both teams, but with better offense and defense, the Denver Broncos came out with the win. The final score was 24-10 Brancos. To many fans, the best part of the Super Bowl are the Half Time performances. At Half Time artists such as Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Beyonce performed. With Coldplay starting off with their popular song “Viva La Vida”, transitioning into “Uptown Funk” with Bruno Mars, and merged into Beyonce’s new song “Formation”. A dance off took place between Bruno and Beyonce, making the event even more intense and thrilling. All performers did great and the crowd enjoyed it. Another popular thing some fans look forward to are the infamous commercials. The best commercials come out during the Super Bowl. A lot of funny commercial ads came on about all sorts of things such as cars, Doritos, food brands, drinks, and so much more. Super Bowl 50 was a great game to watch this year.
